GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Steps required for the Recipients of the Degree for online registration:-

  1. Keep scan copy (not more than 100 kb) ready of the following documents:-

    • Recent passport size photo of the recipients
    • Signature of the recipient
    • Front page of the pass book showing savings bank account number of the recipients and IFSC code of the bank.

  2. After successful transaction, take the print out of the main application form and the e-receipt of the payment made on this account.

  3. Keep one copy of the print out for your personal record,

  4. Send

    1. self attested another copy of the print out of the main application form
    2. alongwith self attested the copy of the marksheet of the final year examination (notification in the case of Ph.D. degree holder) and
    3. the self attested copy of the identity card through speed post/registered post or by hand, addressed to
      "The Controller of Examination
      Patna University, Patna 800005"
  5. The candidates who fails to submit the print out are not eligible to attend the convocation.
  6. Download "Entry card / Hall Ticket" a day before the Annual Convocation.
  7. Submit :
    1. the self attested photocopy of the " Entry card/ Hall Ticket " for the Academic Costumes (Gowns) and
    2. Collect it back once Academic Costumes (Gowns) is returned.
